Please call Rory at (218) 643-8464 or (701) 403-4877 to request a support ticket. Connections attempted without prior authorization will be refused. To get started, simply click here or on the "Click here to begin" text on the image below. This will attempt to download the Remote Support utility to your computer. If prompted select Run, otherwise save the file to an area on your computer that you can access and double-click on the icon to launch it. At this point you will be told which connection to use (Primary, Secondary or Tertiary).
